True Travel was founded with a simple idea: that the best journeys come from understanding people, not just places.

We work as a luxury private travel service for individuals and families looking for a more considered, personal, and quietly seamless experience. For us, it’s never just about where someone goes, but how they like to spend their time, who they are travelling with, and what will make a trip genuinely memorable.

Most of our guests come to us through introduction, and many have been with us for years. Over time, we get to know them well; their preferences, their rhythms, and the small details that make all the difference. 

We don’t offer set itineraries or packages. Every trip is shaped individually, drawing on relationships we’ve built over many years with people and places around the world – guides, and hosts who we know and trust. Often, these are experiences that aren’t usually accessible, and feel all the more special for it.

Discretion is fundamental to how we work. We are used to operating alongside personal assistants, family offices and wider teams, and we take great care in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and privately. Our role is simply to make things easier, and to be there when needed.

What our guests value most is having someone they can rely on. Travel doesn’t always go exactly to plan, and we are always on hand to sort things out quickly and calmly. Whether it’s a last-minute request or a more complex itinerary, we take responsibility for the detail so our guests don’t have to think about it.

Much of what we do happens behind the scenes, but the intention is always the same: to allow guests to relax into their time away, knowing everything has been thoughtfully arranged.

Since our inception in 2012 we have grown quietly through word of mouth. We deliberately work with a smaller number of clients so that we can stay close to the detail, and offer the kind of personal service that’s hard to replicate at scale.
